FEURA BUSH SENIOR APARTMENTS is managed by ACRHA for seniors AGED 62 or over, or anyone who is handicapped or disabled. The 22 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom apartments also contain a kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom and several storage closets. Each unit features electric heat, wall to wall carpeting, smoke/fire detectors, and security intercom. Other amenities include: resident and guest parking, elevator access, indoor mail room, laundry facilities, on-site manager, community lounge, outdoor sitting area, central storage area. Rents are based on income and include trash removal, water, maintenance, snow removal and grounds upkeep.
